Hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah r.a. He

In the hadith is also said:
المقدام بن معديكرب الكندى قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ما ملأ ابن آدم وعاء شرا من بطن حسب ابن آدم أكلات (واللفظ لإبن ماجه لقيمات ") يقمن صلبه فإن كان لا محالة فثلث طعام وثلث شراب وثلث لنفسه
